SHIPPING INFORMATION:    Orders placed before 12:00 am EST will be shipped the same * business day.  Orders placed after 12:00 am EST will be shipped the following * business day.    *Business days are weekdays that are not holidays.

Shipping Time:  We ship most orders by U. S. Post Office.  Most orders are delivered in 2 to 5 days, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.  There are exceptions.

Handling fee:  Simply put "NONE".  The only reason to charge a handling fee it to increase profits and is not with in the business ethics and beliefs of The Buttmizer Snuffer Company.

Standard return policy:  Items returned within 30 days of shipping date and in original condition will receive full refund of the purchase price less and any shipping charges.  We do not except returns beyond 30 days of shipping date.  All returns must be requested in advance using our contact form, which is available by using  THIS LINK  .  Items returned without prior authorization will be refused.  The Buttmizer Snuffer Company does not except responsibility for items returned with out prior approval, is not liable for damages due to return shipping, and is not liable for shipment loss of return item. Refunded monies can only be credited to the originating account.

Non Standard return policy:  Product ordered and refused at time of delivery, not picked up from UPS depot after third delivery attempt, will receive a full refund of the purchase price less a $2.00 restocking fee and any shipping charges.  Refunded monies can only be credited to the originating account.

Guarantee Policy: We will replace any and all BUTTMIZER SNUFFER that are found to be defective against any and all defects with the exception of abuse.  Simply use   THIS LINK  to return the item for replacement or refund.
